A “not-so-silent” night…

Over the past several year Christmas Eve has become my favorite time of the entire holiday season.  My husband and I spend the evening with our four children, their significant others and their children, as we gather for an evening of relaxed family time.  Far from it being a “silent night” it is a noisy, fun, happy time with lots of shared memories being recalled & stories being told, many games being played and plenty of delicious food to snack on throughout the evening.  Although we have another family gathering on Christmas Day that includes the grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, it just can’t top Christmas Eve.  I hope that you have a tradition or two that you look forward to enjoying this year or even that you begin a brand new one.  Time with those you love is precious, more so each year.

I’m finishing up the last of the snowflake images in today’s post.  I started posting them last week, if you’d like to see them all  you can go back through the last seven posts.  Enjoy!

May blessings fall on you and those you love, quietly and gently, like snowflakes on a dark winter’s night.

Much love this Christmas and throughout the New Year,

Lynne
