I will be the instructor for the week of June 20th – 24th. Here’s a recap of what I’ll be presenting:
“Mixed Media Explorations” June 20 – 24 9a.m. – Noon (NOTE: Cancelled due to low enrollment)
Lynne Medsker, Instructor
During this week-long workshop we will use our creative energies to create some fun & exciting mixed media art projects. With a focus on composition, we will use a variety of textures and materials, as well as a large selection of colors, to create our artwork. Projects will include using wax, contact paper & paint on illustration board as well as constructing a mixed media wall sculpture from wood, paint, cement and found objects. Bring your paint shirt or apron, a positive attitude and a willingness to get messy! (lf time permits we may also work on intuitive collage, artist trading cards and/or abstract painting on watercolor paper.) Class fee is $100 and includes all materials.
