It’s been 16 months since I’ve created any new “mini art” pieces, I can’t believe it! My inventory was running low and I wanted a few new ones to put in local galleries. It’s interesting to see how my style & approach to these pieces has changed with the passing of time! The three pieces in today’s post all have “recycled” background, using some of the papercloth I use to catch drips and spills of paint. Many of them look so pretty with the dabs of different colors that I hang on to them for use in collages or, in this case, as bright backgrounds for mixed media compositions!
All these pieces are available for purchase at ArtSplash Gallery in Carmel, Indiana now through the month of May. Stop in and check them out in person! I’ve got three more “mini art” pieces to share with you tomorrow, be on the lookout for them!
