I could not have created a more appropriate piece of art for this time of year! I’ve had the background textured and painted for months and just couldn’t decide what to do on it. These days of 90 and 100 degree temperatures certainly made it easy to envision! Here it is lying among other works to be created:
After deciding to go with a “hot” theme it was easy to arrange the pieces and get ready to add the colors and details I wanted.
Assembly followed by a few finishing touches and it was complete! I’m hoping this winter it will help me to appreciate the sweltering weather we are having right now. 🙂
