It’s been quite a while since I’ve taken a moment to write a new post – I’ve got so many things going on all at once! And days worth of images to share, if I ever get the time! Today I thought I’d pass along some information about two of the groups that I support with my art: VSA and Best Buddies of Indiana. Both are having events this month to help raise funds for their organizations!
VSA has “Reflections: Art Transforming Lives” coming up THIS Friday, September 23rd at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. I didn’t get this link up in time for you to bid online but there is still time to purchase tickets for this event and attend it! “The Art of Friendship”, an annual event held by Best Buddies Indiana will be on September 29th at the Indiana State Museum. Interactive art, art for sale and also artwork created by buddy pairs. This year my buddy pair were Hannah and Stephanie, we made some super-cool art with lots of vivid colors. I don’t have the image uploaded yet but will try to get it online in the next week or so. For more info about this event click HERE. In addition to showing/selling my work there and our collaborative artwork I created a notecard that will be part of a notecard set available for purchase.
